We stayed in a standard queen room with a safe, television, and a mini fridge bar. We liked the view of street. The hotel was placed in the super central location close to all the restaurants.

Didn't like the staff, some of them were very rude.

This is a secure fairly clean hotel providing clean rooms. Also, the location is unbeatable, minutes from Aquarium Beach. Btw, it's at walking distance from city center. The staff from the management down to the maids.

During our stay, we were impressed with the fantastic location of the hotel, just a short walk to the center and very close to the beach. It was super convenient to have famous 5th Avenue right around the corner, with its vibrant bars, restaurants, and shops. The room was spacious and comfortable, with a big, cozy bed, and the bathroom was clean and well-maintained. The staff was friendly and helpful, making us feel welcome and at home. We loved the rooftop pool and the relaxing atmosphere it provided.

The construction noise from the nearby rooms was a bit bothersome at times.

My room for the first three nights was too dark on the ground floor. With completely open WC area. Matter of taste! ;-) For the last night I could move into a room on the second floor. Which is very nice and recommendable.

The room was tastefully decorated and great-sized in a good condition, I had a good rest. The place had a quiet atmosphere. Location: the hotel was short walk to beautiful Playa del Carmen and many restaurants and bars and the main shopping area. There was café Chez Celine, that I found within 5 minutes' walk of the property.

I had an amazing stay at this luxurious hotel in the heart of all the action. The staff, especially Evelyn and Robert at the reception, went above and beyond to make me feel welcome. The room was spacious and comfortable, with all the necessary amenities like air conditioning, a mini-bar, and a flat-screen TV. I loved the rooftop terrace, although I didn't get a chance to enjoy it fully due to my busy schedule. The hotel's location was perfect - right off the bustling 5th Avenue but still quiet enough for a peaceful night's sleep. Plus, the beach was just a short walk away. The pool area was a serene oasis, and I even had the option to use the BBQ facilities. I had a fantastic experience here.

We were greeted warmly with a welcome drink. The hotel is beautiful and the location is perfect. At night it is very quiet despite the good location. Thank you very much we would come back anytime.

Very central location, directly in the shopping street and also not far to the beach, all within walking distance. The rooms are probably quite new.

We always had the impression in the room that it was damp. The shower is with each room that there is no extra bathroom. So it would have been damp everywhere, which really bothered me. Breakfast is delivered to your room and is two slices of bread with jam. The Café Chez Celine is around the corner, there is a great breakfast

The location was absolutely perfect clean close to dive shop. The place was only a short distance to Rey David Ristorante, where you can have dinner.

Had a great weekend at this hotel! The staff was super helpful and friendly, always ready to assist us. The location was perfect, close to many restaurants and attractions. The best part was the rooftop pool area! It was spacious and had comfortable seating, perfect for relaxing and enjoying the view.

On the downside, there was some noise from the surrounding area at night. Although it didn't bother us too much, some people might find it disruptive.

stayed here before, but Quinta Margarita exceeded expectations this time. Amazing sleep in a comfortable bed, blackout room, and friendly staff. Loved the Nespresso machine and pool. Perfect relaxing honeymoon spot!
